What is your return policy?

We are confident you will love our products! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email figandstar57@gmail.com with your order number to start the return process. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery. After 14 days, unfortunately, returns will not be accepted. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the unwanted item. Returns will not be processed until the unwanted item has been received by us. Tracking of your returned item is strongly recommended, as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
